We are providing sources of good food and fitness videos that can help educate our audiences on the heavily overlooked subject of self care, through healthy eating and regular exercise we aim to help Veterans. We currently have partners and friends of the foundation who have been kind enough to provide some of these videos.
Stay-At-Home Workout Videos
We constantly look for ways of helping our community stay healthy and active even when they’re at home. We realise it’s not possible for everyone to be able to go to the gym or a public space in order to exercise, whether that’s due to money, anxiety or other issues related to previously serving our country.
Veterans Awards CIC
Sean and his team have been kind enough to produce workout videos that can be done at home with little to no equipment, this is a fantastic opportunity to stay in shape and feel the benefits of exercise for a longer, happier life.

Help Us Fit More Veterans!
Since becoming a charity, we have managed to fit over 100 veterans with top-class hearing aids! However, we still have more than 1,500 veterans who need our help in getting back to a normal standard of life after the hearing damage they received in their years of service. Any donations we receive are a huge help in the lives of our vets and we are eternally grateful for whatever you may be able to spare.

UK Veterans Hearing Help (now the UK Veterans Hearing Foundation) received the Bronze Award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme in 2016, in 2019 we achieved Silver level and in 2020 we achieved the highest level Gold. The scheme provides an award for organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and armed forces community.
